CEO Leading Innovative Live Chat Firm Click4Assistance Scoops Prestigious Award

Click4Assistance has been delivering pioneering live chat services to businesses for over a decade since the now essential technology was in its infancy. Led by CEO Gary Martin, the firm has helped forward thinking companies adopt game-changing software and has now scooped a prestigious award from CEO Monthly magazine.

Recognising that businesses are only as strong and visionary as their leaders, the awards acknowledge those CEOs that are pushing the boundaries of their industry. At the 2018 annual awards, Martin secured the title of ‘Most Innovative in Software and Technology’ thanks to his hard work and commitment to the Click4Assitance business that’s led to it becoming the UK’s leading provider of live chat services.

Martin said, “It was a true honour winning this award. When I made the decision to start the business and provide live chat services, nobody had heard of it, and today we’re being widely recognised for all the hard work. Awards like this give us the boost we need, helping to drive Click4Assistance into the future, wherever that may lead. To be fair, the award should have been given to the whole of the Click4Assistance team, they have made the brand what it is today.”

The recipients of the CEO Monthly magazine awards are handpicked by a judging panel following comprehensive analysis and research, positioning those that receive an accolade as innovators in their sector.

Click4Assistance launched in 2006 after Martin spotted a gap in the market as websites shifted from becoming simple shopfronts to critical engagement points between businesses and customers. Since inception, Martin has continued to lead the firm with a progressive approach, adopting the latest innovations, such as video chat and social media connectivity, quickly. The business now works with a wide range of organisations and businesses, including the NHS, police constabularies, and financial institutions, to deliver omni-channel live chat features that allow conversations to be started on a variety of platforms.

The latest award for Click4Assistance confirms the crucial service that the company provides as well as praising the leadership in place. Martin, whose staff is, unusually for a software company, made up of over 60% females, is continuing to look to the future and how Click4Assistance can improve its services for customers and create an exceptional workplace for the dedicated team that’s made it a success.

Gemma Baker, Marketing Executive at Click4Assistance, added, “Gary is a joy to work for. He provides ongoing staff training and is always on hand to provide his knowledge and expertise should it be needed. He ensures that employees are supported within their role and can do their job effectively with the right tools. It’s no wonder that the business is going from strength to strength every year with him at the helm.”
