The new Facebook chatbot allows families, partygoers and workers to book their taxi without having to leave the popular social media platform. Using artificial intelligence, the chatbot collects information including the collection point, destination and number of passengers before reporting the information to a controller at the company depot who then dispatches a driver to the location.
