RSK Business Solutions Announces US Expansion
Kent-headquartered IT consultancy, RSK Business Solutions is starting 2018 with a firm statement of intent as it confirms its US expansion. The firm, which is based in Tonbridge, has been steadily growing its US client base but will now open a dedicated US presence in Princeton, New Jersey.
RSK Business Solutions’ Stateside office will officially open its doors on 5th February 2018. The new staff will join BSL’s existing 70-strong team, which is currently split between the consultancy’s UK and India locations.
The US expansion will see RSK Business Solutions focusing on three of its core service areas. It will bring its bespoke approach to web and mobile app development, software outsourcing and placement of technical staff and IT consultancy expertise to the East Coast with the intention of growing US acquisition nationwide. The firms Rail Risk Management team will continue to be based in the UK.
Praveen Joshi, RSK Business Solutions Director and head of IT will spearhead the North American operations. He said, “Expanding to North America has something that has been in our long-term plan for a while now and we were keen to expand our market reach in the post-Brexit environment so we’re thrilled to make it a reality with the opening of our new office in New Jersey.
“We have built a small client base in the USA from our head office in Kent but, we expect to generate an increase in contracts and revenue with a local presence. Princeton is a strategic choice, with a highly skilled workforce thanks to the University, excellent transport links and easy access to major cities such as New York and Philadelphia.”

RSK Business Solutions will continue to be headquartered in Kent and supported by a satellite office in India. As with current services, the new US team will tailor all IT consultancy services to provide clients with software and solutions that perfectly match their business requirements.
