Transactional platform Yourkeys, appoints industry ‘Big-Hitters’ to ramp up their growth
PropTech innovator Yourkeys, who recently closed a £3m funding round, have powered up their advisory team to accelerate their growth across the sector. Yourkeys technology accelerates the property sales process using up-front data collection and integrations into conveyancers, mortgage brokers and lenders to create a shared data layer for transactions.
CEO Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson said: “It’s a really exciting time for the company. Dominic Grace FRICS is a veteran of 35 years with Savills, who now heads up their London Residential Development team.
In his field, Dominic has always been renowned as a champion of innovation and technology. He stated: “We as agents, are under continued pressure to deliver a streamlined journey for both our buyers and sellers. The moment I learned about the Yourkeys platform, I immediately realised that it was a genuine game-changer for the increasingly clunky and needlessly time-consuming way that residential property transactions are processed.”
In addition, Mark Witherspoon brings 30 years of experience in both residential property and retail financial services. Mark created the UK market for mathematical modelling of Automated Valuation Models (AVMs). He also led Hometrack and CoreLogic as CEO and was Data Services Director at Zoopla for 10 years.
Dawson stated, “Mark has an incredibly deep understanding of the property eco-system and will be pivotal in our strategy to expand our network into lenders and the other stakeholders required for processing property transactions end-to-end.”
Finally, Ex Group Sales & Marketing Director of Redrow, Dave Bexon brings over 25 years of experience in the new homes sector and will be advising Yourkeys on their product strategy as they grow their offering with some of the largest housebuilders in the UK. Bexon states, “The Yourkeys technology is a step ahead of anything else in the industry. For a long time, we’ve needed a solution that connects all the stakeholders in the supply chain. Yourkeys gives housebuilders the tools to aggregate all the upfront data required to dramatically accelerate the process.”
