Major new social media client win
Luxury handbag line Brix + Bailey appoints Dakota Digital
The boutique PR and digital marketing agency, Dakota Digital been awarded the social media account for luxury British handbag line, Brix + Bailey.
Dakota Digital’s remit will span social media, PR and blogging work for the brand, supporting the lifestyle collection and the newly announced Brix + Bailey premium collection.
Based in Nottinghamshire and founded by Nottingham Trent graduate Rebecca Appleton, Dakota Digital brings extensive fashion and beauty experience to the brand. Its client roster includes work for clients Johnson’s Baby Shampoo, Compeed, Splenda, Neutrogena, Mothercare, the Early Learning Centre and Majestic Wine. It was recently appointed as the PR agency for the Cannes Fashion Festival, which will run alongside the Cannes Film Festival this year.
Dakota Digital’s social media team is iDM trained and will head up all Brix + Bailey social media activity across multiple channels. It was selected to help the brand increase engagement and activity ahead of expansion plans.
Founded by a sister in London and a brother in New York, Brix + Bailey designs are quintessentially British with a contemporary edge. The heritage label’s range includes stylish duffels, weekend bags, satchels, totes and clutches, hand finished in buttery soft leather, hair on hide and with flashes of trademark brights.
