18-Year Old Female Entrepreneur Launches Beauty Business Following Lockdown Demand

An ambitious young female entrepreneur is celebrating the successful launch of her new luxury fragrance and cosmetics business after spotting a gap in the market during lockdown. At just 18-years of age, Ayeshah Haque is juggling her new launch with her studies and a fulltime job; the student has navigated the often complicated process of creating a start-up, while also sourcing suppliers, working on a marketing plan and creating an e-commerce website.

Her brand, Adoremefragrances.co.uk is designed to provide premium fragrances for men and women alongside a collection of household name cosmetics at significantly discounted prices.

With the beauty industry in the UK worth an estimated £17 billion, the appetite for high-quality perfumes, fragrances and makeup has surged during lockdown with more and more people looking online for their favourite scents and cosmetics.

By providing fragrances from leading brands such as YSL, Paco Rabanne, Jimmy Choo and Lacoste at discounted prices, Adore Me Fragrances seeks to pass on attractive discounts to customers and offers UK wide delivery on all orders.

Staring out as a part-time interest to earn a little extra cash to support her studies and increase her earnings, now the savvy young business woman has extended her initial offering to include a household name cosmetics from the likes of Maybelline and l’Oreal. She sees this as another area of the beauty market that is set to explode as lockdown restrictions ease and people begin to mix socially in pubs, bars and restaurants.

To further extend the reach of her new business, Ayeshah is also seeking fresh faces to spread the word about Adore Me fragrance and cosmetics range, creating a dedicated affiliate offering which will give members a hefty 8% commission on all perfume and aftershave sales.

She said “I’ve been overwhelmed at the popularity of the fragrances available from my new business so I want to build on that success by adding more brands and beauty products. Working on my marketing plan, I recognised that creating an affiliate member programme to help tell the world about the fantastic fragrance savings available was a smart move in the social media age.”
