221Group LTD has announced the signing of its newest client, The Guinness Partnership. A leading social housing provider to over 140,000 customers across England, The Guinness Partnership will use the Holmes platform to help deliver on its ambitious active asset management and footprint strategies.

221Group’s ground-breaking Asset Management & Intelligence product, Holmes, will be used on over 66,000 properties and associated assets in The Guinness Partnership’s portfolio over the next 5 years.

Chris Jones, Asset Optimisation Manager at The Guinness Partnership, commented: “We were very impressed by the Holmes product and it was clear from the outset that the platform would become a crucial tool in helping to deliver our asset strategy. The tool will enable us to model the impact of changes at both a portfolio and an individual property level, giving us real time information on the value and performance of our assets, which is crucial in enabling us to make informed decisions, delivering maximum value for money for our customers.”

Geoff Bedford, CEO at 221Group, commented: “We’re very proud to have been chosen by The Guinness Partnership and very much look forward to working with one of the UK’s most well-established and regarded associations. Holmes is a ground-breaking platform, and we’re excited that it can be used by Guinness to help deliver on their ambitious, customer-focussed asset strategy”.

The Guinness Partnership is a social housing association founded in 1890 with over 66,000 homes and is now one of the largest housing and care providers in England.
