‘Angel Fleet’ Arrives in the Sunshine State To Screen At the Surfside Playhouse as Part of Touchstone Independent Film Festival

Aviator, actor and producer, Herb Jackson Jr is continuing a successful run on this year’s independent film festival circuit with confirmation that his UK-filmed movie, Angel Fleet has been selected for the Touchstone Independent Film Festival.

This latest accolade adds to the growing list of recognition for Angel Fleet, cementing it as a standout in the world of independent cinema.

In his capacity as Executive Producer, he said, “Working on Angel Fleet was a wonderful experience, and I am thrilled that it will be screened in Coco Beach with its rich aerospace history. The cast and crew did a phenomenal

job, and as a pilot myself, it was nice to tell an aviation themed story. For Angel Fleet to be screened alongside some incredible films is a huge honor.”

Angel Fleet will screen on December 16 at Surfside Playhouse, Cocoa Beach, Florida. It was shot on location around West Sussex in the south of England and tells the story of a family struggling to come to terms with a tragic flying accident that killed their test pilot father.

Angel Fleet has a stellar line-up with the Academy Award contender, Darcy Jacobs, who was previously the recipient of the Birmingham Film Festival’s Best Young Actress Award, taking a starring role. That came from her earlier work with Angel Fleet producer and director, Tristan Loraine and his company, Fact Not Fiction Films.

The Touchstone Independent Film Festival, known for celebrating innovative and thought-provoking films, provides a fitting platform for Angel Fleet. The film has already won rave reviews and has been screened at numerous film festivals worldwide, where it has picked up awards for ‘Best Young Actress’ and ‘Best Cinematography’.
