Award-winning corporate travel and events agency overhauls loyalty scheme

The award-winning corporate travel and events agency, Planet Pursuits has completely transformed its loyalty program as it sets out to deliver even bigger savings to corporate customers.  The new look Biscuit Club has been carefully overhauled with a view to becoming the benchmark loyalty scheme within the corporate travel sector. The scheme makes light work of perks and rewards, giving customers extensive benefits along with substantial cost savings on bulk and other corporate travel bookings.

Planet Pursuits prides itself on working closely with corporate PAs and secretaries in order to provide a stress-free, value for money driven service. Using this insight, it has relaunched The Biscuit Club to reward those returning to Planet Pursuits month after month. Inspiration for the name comes from the moreish iced biscuits Planet Pursuits gifts to clients sporadically through the year.

The new look reward scheme offers a bigger range of rewards tied to events and travel bookings, with shopping vouchers to the value of points accrued on offer. In addition, each quarter will see a special loyalty gift given to all active Biscuit Club Members.

Louise Boyse, Planet Pursuits director said, “We’re delighted to unveil our new look Biscuit Club after months of research and hard work behind the scenes. It was important to use to create a truly rewarding scheme that our customers would really appreciate and benefit from. After speaking with clients and researching rival offerings, we were sure that more could be done.

“We concluded that the solution to how best to reward long-term clients was to make travel and events booking something that gives back. Every time a client uses Planet Pursuits, they know they are getting something tangible in return. We wanted to remove all of the red tape, the barriers to cashing in rewards and up the actual relevance of the benefits on offer, which we think we have achieved.

“Feedback so far has been incredibly positive and we’re confident we’re now rewarding customers in a way that they really appreciate.”

New clients can now sign up and start earning their rewards straight away. Points can be accrued at the client’s own pace and redeemed whenever they choose, either after each booking, at set points through the year or on demand. Points can be exchanged for high street shopping vouches equal to the number of points collected, turned into a preferred charity donation or donated to Planet Pursuits’ own designated charity, The Rainbow Trust.

Reward scheme members referring a friend or colleague will also be treated to a tasty box of Biscuiteers biscuits.
