Bauhu Launches Specialised Modular Homes Care Pod

Pre-fabricated modular construction company Bauhu has launched a specialised new range of Smart Care Pods suitable for residential use as the UK’s care crisis deepens.

Reports suggest that some families face a wait of up to two years for a care space, and 87% of local authorities may lack the space needed to meet demand in the next three years.

Bauhu Smart Care Pods are high quality, prefabricated modular buildings fitted with a range of assisted living technologies. Details such as internal plaster, flooring and wall tiling are specially prepared so they won’t crack or break during transit and a unique steel structure supports the building and allows for it to be lifted by crane without bending or flexing.
