Beat the January Blues with a free New Year’s Revolution coaching plan

Mindshine are on a mission to make the world a happier place, one mind at a time, and they’re giving people scientifically proven tools to work on their mental health and learn to live happier.

To celebrate the New Year, they’ve released a free mental health bootcamp they’re calling “The New Year’s Revolution”.

This is a specially designed audio-guided coaching plan that helps people start this year in the happiest way possible; by letting go and leaving last year behind, celebrating the wins, reconciling themselves with the losses, consolidating their learnings, and making plans for the year ahead.
