Free Webinar Helps Charities Engage With Supporters in New Normal

One of the UK’s leading data analysis firms is hosting a free webinar for charities and non profit organisations to help them navigate the challenging landscape of raising vital funds in the new normal. Through the webinar, Wood For Trees – which collaborates with the likes of Marie Curie, Concern Worldwide and Dog’s Trust – hopes to help charities measure the impact of their efforts, and adapt to better connect with and engage supporters in 2021 and beyond.

The ‘Benchmark Your Supporter Engagement Strategy’ webinar will explore the most effective methods for measuring the effectiveness of existing supporter engagement strategies, identifying weaknesses and vulnerabilities that could be acting as barriers to fundraising. During the webinar, participants will be introduced to the Wood For Trees InsightHub – the firm’s online reporting, benchmarking, and insights portal – which highlights key metrics for measuring engagement and uses live, transactional market data to drive better strategic decisions.

“Over the past few years, one of the most common questions we’ve been asked by our clients is how their LTV, attrition, or cross sell metrics benchmark against other charities, and we’ve been able to provide anecdotal guidance to partially answer these queries,” says Jon Kelly, Wood For Trees Managing Director. “This next step in our InsightHub development now enables us to provide live, accurate figures, providing an almost real time temperature check on performance of vital KPIs across the sector, and we’re very excited to be sharing these insights with charities through our upcoming webinar.”

Hosted by Kelly himself, alongside Wood For Trees Product Manager Josh Hopkinson, the webinar is specifically for charities and fundraising organisations who are struggling to gain a thorough picture of how the pandemic is impacting their efforts. The non profit sector has been significantly affected by the global health crisis, with financial insecurity and stay at home orders both facilitating major changes in supporter behaviour. The webinar is designed to assist charities in determining the effectiveness of their existing engagement strategy, and identify the most suitable changes for boosting engagement.

The Benchmark Your Supporter Engagement Strategy with Wood For Trees webinar will take place online on Tuesday 20th April 2021 at 11:00 AM BST. The webinar is free to attend, and spaces can be reserved by registering interest at
