Groundbreaking New TV Show Brings Some Glam to Talking the Talk with Diverse Panel of Inspiring Women

With Brexit misery sweeping the country, a brand new weekly feisty, female-led talk show, which is the first of its kind in the UK launches this Sunday, 18 November with a promise to look on the bright side and embrace the wider world. No topic is off limits for The Brit Divas Show and its fabulously diverse, rotating panel of opinionated, stylish and no-nonsense, multi-ethnic British ladies.

The Divas including the face of the Notting Hill Carnival and successful actress Queen M, Hong-Kong born model and actress Crystal WingX, mum of one, model and performer Megan Gooding and former X-Factor hopeful, Gemma Froud. They are joined by MBA graduate, Lady V, the industrious and elegant Duchess Khan, blogger Eve Cong, British-Nigerian plus-sized model Coco Brown, PETA model, CEO and co-founder of K9-Angels, Victoria Featherstone Pearce and British born Indian actress and mum of three, Sona Vyas Dunne.

The show features special guest interviews, segments from fashionistas sharing styling and grooming tips and live music. The first guests to join the Brit Divas are DJ and singer, Sonique and entrepreneur, CEO and Founder of MISS USSR UK, Julia Titova. Opinionated, sexy and no holds barred, the Divas and their guests will discuss everyday issues from lifestyle, fashion and entertainment to politics, family and health.

The Brit Divas show is the brainchild of British-Ivorian producer and writer, Elsie Nemlin. She says, “The show is a concept I have been working on since 2011. When, I couldn’t wait any longer for a mainstream TV channel to be interested in the project, I decided 5 months ago to go for it myself and launch it online. Since it looks like Brexit is here to stay, we want to look at the bright side of things and embrace the whole world out there which is why we have a rotating panel of five diverse, accomplished, intelligent women from different backgrounds and ethnicities.

“Our co-hosts are unique in their style and appearance, but they have four things in common: they are delightful, invasive, vivacious and have attitude (that’s DIVA!)! These women are enigmatic, interesting, opinionated, and endearing but fierce – we want to be able to talk about what most fear talking about, scrutinizing the week’s headlines and gossip while also discussing things that really matter.”

The two pilot episodes will broadcast online on Sunday 18 and 25 November.
