KNOMO London launches new online shopping experience

The luxury bag and accessories maker KNOMO London has successfully launched its latest online experience in collaboration with Shopify partners, Strawberry.

Strawberry ideated, designed, and developed a new website to showcase the best of what KNOMO has to offer to consumers for this coming Black Friday and Christmas season.

The mission to re-design the KNOMO online experience has been underway since early this summer, with the launch marking the most significant change to the web experience since inception. The new website has a clean, fresh look but is still unmistakably KNOMO. As well as fresh new product pages, the website is now even easier to use and faster, which will benefit customers shopping throughout Black Friday and the Christmas period.

As a Shopify Plus partner, we were able to call on our wider brand experience to deliver a project that is intrinsically still KNOMO, while leveraging the latest advances in Shopify’s platform.”

The new KNOMO website takes full advantage of Shopify’s Online Store 2.0, which includes native international pricing and payment and a new, faster user experience for customers.

Ben Perman, Creative Director of Inc Retail, said, “We have carried out an extensive brand development exercise over the past six months, to understand how best to extract the cool DNA of the KNOMO brand and present it to a wider audience. The Inc Retail and KNOMO teams have collaborated to reposition the brand successfully, and the new KNOMO website is a great result of this work.”

The project was led by Inc Retail’s internal marketing team, who worked with KNOMO from tender to delivery. Inc Retail supports its brands through collaborative work, with a range of experts on hand to help its brands grow and thrive.
