The super fast, cross-platform, global communications app, CChat has rolled out a new tool for brand owners which will allow businesses and influencers to bring fast, professional customer service to their fans and followers.

Available now, the live help feature means brand owners can now create different live chat departments and assign agents to answer people’s chats when they interact with any CChat brand page. This clever function brings a new level of connectivity, engagement and communication flow to CChat, giving brands and influencers more ways to connect with their fan base.

Standard messaging apps all work in a similar way and have a similar limitation – they only enable communication with friends who have the same app. So your contacts menu in the app is only populated by people from your device’s phonebook that has the same app installed. If someone is not in your messaging app contact list because they don’t use that particular app, you won’t be able to have a chat or voice call. This is the way all messaging apps work,” explains Sarmad Daneshmand, Founder and CEO of CChat.

Brand pages within the CChat app are different – designed as communication hubs, brands and influencers can create public pages within the app which all app users can discover and follow. Thanks to the addition of live help, users and brands can communicate via their public pages.

“With the live support roll out, brand owners can access a message feature within the app which lives on the brand page,” adds Daneshmand. “Businesses and influencers can then create a live chat department and assign their agents to answer messages from brand followers. Users can submit an inquiry through the message section on the brand page, and get a response within the app.

“This feature is unique to CChat and just another way that we’re turning the traditional messaging app format on its head to deliver more value and help consumers and brands build more meaningful relationships worldwide.”

Page owners can also create broadcast channels within the app, send messages to their followers, create product and services categories and list their products and services within the global open directory.”
