HM Residential has become the only estate agent in Newcastle to offer a safe and COVID-19 friendly solution to prospective home buyers and tenants who wish to attend property viewings.

The company is offering to take clients to view potential houses in a black cab with a screen safely separating the customer from the driver to adhere to the UK government’s rules on social distancing. This allows prospective buyers and tenants to easily attend multiple viewings without the need to arrange their own transport or feel uncomfortable in situations where physical distancing is not possible.

After each use, the vehicle has a thorough antibacterial wipe down including both interior and exterior touchpoints to further ensure the safety of customers and adhere to government’s guidelines.
