An online clinical pilates website, designed specifically to offer relief from back pain by a prominent expert in physiotherapy is now offering free physio advice and free back pain workouts. The Your Pilates Physio Facebook page will also host live clinical Pilates workouts on Facebook each Thursday at 9.30am GMT.
