Choices include reinvented takeaway classics like the ruby red Rogan Josh, prepared with the diner’s preferred meat substitute such as crispy organic tofu, jackfruit, seasonal vegetables, or vegan tandoori prawns. Rich, creamy Tikka Masala, made with V-GIYAN™’s own Punjabi spice paste, and traditional cashew nuts offers a milder alternative to the fiery Vindaloo – prepared with a vegan ghee-based tadka, vinegar and fresh chillis for a spicy kick.

There’s also Kormas, Dhansak, Saag and an array of other curry-house favourites, in addition to freshly prepared and refined-sugar free appetisers, accompaniments including perfectly steamed rice, moreish, flaky vegan naan, samosa, bhajis, chutneys and pickles – all delivered in 100% plastic-free packaging, anywhere in the UK.
