Premium Sports Nutrition Brand GoNutrition Unveils New Gourmet Approach to Macros

Sports nutrition brand, GoNutrition has unveiled a new premium menu of fresh meals, expertly balanced by their nutritionists and designed by executive chefs to offer an excellent macro balance without compromising on taste. All of the meals in the new look range are designed to help diners reach their goals and macros with fresh not frozen ingredients. All of the new menu is entirely natural with no added salt, sugar or preservatives, helping to fuel workouts and improve performance with balanced, effective nutrition and restaurant quality taste.

The revamped menu couples gourmet tastes and carefully chosen natural ingredients with the convenience of banishing time-consuming weekly meal prep. There are seven tasty dishes in three macro variations; cutting, bulking and performance. GoNutrition has taken a flavourful approach to its meal development, with an industry-leading focus on taste and quality – dishes are freedom farmed, locally sourced and there are both vegetarian and gluten free options available.

Ross Beagrie, Managing Director of GoNutrition said, “Our revamped fresh prepped meals are designed to cater for the needs of high-performing athletes and gym fans. We’ve taken a performance driven approach with packages broken down into bulking, performance and cutting meal plans so it’s easy to get exactly the nutrients and macros needed to support training goals. All meals are freshly prepared and come in three convenient packages containing either 7, 10 or 15 meals offering flexibility and superb pricing.

“Our popular ‘performance meals’ are designed to keep athletes fully fuelled for heavy training demands by balancing carbs and protein evenly. With at least 40g of protein in every performance meal, recovery and muscle growth is catered for too.”

The new menu includes delicious dishes such as chicken katsu with pickled carrot, brown rice and mixed vegetables, barbeque pulled pork with sweet potato wedges and rainbow slaw and grilled mackerel with quinoa, edamame beans and a herb and crème fraiche potato puree. All dishes are cooked in rapeseed oil, low in saturated fat and high in monounsaturated fats and are prepared by restaurant calibre chefs – not machines. Meals are prepared to order, can be frozen and can be ordered with just a 48-hour lead time.

GoNutrition has also expanded its logistics network, with premium next day and quick DPD delivery.
