R&K House Music Launches Free Yourself

A new type of music event will launch in London next month as R&K House Music throws its first Free Yourself event to bring together the city’s house music fans and passionate musicians.

Blending cutting edge sound with a unique blend of live acts including singers, a choir, saxophonist and percussionists, the freshest new club night in town is hosted by R&K founders, the Brazilian percussionist and DJ, Rodrigo Tancredi and DJ and producer, Kerol Garcia at Clapham’s Fu Manchu bar #(SW4).

With live House and Tech House DJ sets throughout and mind-blowing live performances, Free Yourself promises guests an epic musical journey from the very best in house music. The DJ Line up for the first night on 22 March, 2019 includes R&K, Simoon Pedro, Danny Pitman and Craig Knight (Special Guest). A number of live acts will get party goers on their feet with Ed Parry (Saxophonist) and @Keynotes (Singers/Choir) Funmi – Wura – Charles already confirmed.

Free Yourself organiser and one half of the RK duo, Kerol Garcia said, “We are really excited to launch the Free Yourself night next month. The concept is really unique and we’ve gone all out to create a new kind of party to connect passionate artists and talented singers with house music lovers, creating a musical journey for all of us!

Free Yourself isn’t just a fantastic night out with incredible live performances and live DJ sets, it’s also about supporting up and coming talents across house/tech by offering them a platform to perform their productions. We’ll also be donating 10% of the profit made from each event to a local charity to help the homeless people in London.”

Free Yourself takes place at Fu Manchu Bar, 15-16 Lendal Terrace, SW4 7UX London on 22 March. Doors open 21.30. Early Bird tickets are available from £10 up until 12 March, 2019.
