Serviced Workspace Provider Launches New Central London Venue

Following a significant period of growth in which the company expanded notably, bringing on new staff and launching new sites, serviced workspace provider incspaces is excited to announce that a brand-new Central London venue is now open. incspaces’ portfolio already includes a number of flexible, shared workspaces across London, Leeds, and Manchester, and the new addition will bring together the best in design, fit out, and technology for Grade A office accommodation.

The new space – which includes private offices, meeting rooms, event spaces, and co-working desks – is located at 24 King William Street in London, joining incspaces’ existing Monument in the financial district. The new first floor flexible space solution near London Bridge benefits from easy access from Monument and Bank, and the new Bank Station entrance is due to be built opposite the venue.

Jack Mason, Group CEO, said, “We began our search for a new Central London venue last year, with some highly complex requirements. While incspaces has always prioritised accessibility and convenience, what we were looking for here was a space that could effectively meet the needs of both North London and South London commuters simultaneously. Finding 24 King William Street, located just north of London Bridge, was a dream come true for us, and we’re incredibly proud of the space we’ve created.”

Featuring 7,185 square feet of fully fitted out office space, 24 King William Street offers users access to a large reception area, floor to ceiling windows that flood the accommodation with natural light, brand new M&E systems throughout, showers and lockers, and both wireless and Fibre IT connections for additional connectivity. Users have 24/7 access to the space and are free to make full use of the beautiful enclosed landscaped garden.

2022 is gearing up to be a busy year for the incspaces team. In addition to launching the new venue, incspaces’ very first Fitness Suite was recently rolled out in Leeds, featuring Peloton bikes for users to enjoy. Over in Manchester, the team has been working to develop a Campus Cafe with its own resident chef, and plans are underway for a second-floor refurbishment.

24 King William Street is open now and is already 95% occupied.
