THE UK’S FIRST EVER INTERACTIVE INFLATABLE PARK AIR HAUS TO OPEN AT MEADOWHALL THIS SATURDAY

The UK’s first ever interactive inflatable park will open its doors at 9am this Saturday at Meadowhall, Sheffield just in time for some last minute pre-Christmas fun. Ultra high-tech and designed to be fun for all ages, Air Haus uses the ultra-advanced interactive sensory play system, Hit and Touch, taking the traditional inflatable park to a whole new level.

Air Haus’ HIT sensitive light spots are triggered by hitting, shooting, throwing or kicking a ball at the spots as well as being touched. It is integrated throughout the15,000 square-foot space giving endless opportunities for fun, some friendly competition and corporate events.

The park is packed with fun digital games to ramp up excitement and energy for all visitors. The 30m square inflatable arena incorporates inflatable challenges such as an 8m slide, ninja run, and obstacle course as well as games and activities suitable for everyone from toddlers to adults.

With an onsite bar and restaurant serving up freshly cooked eats such as burgers, skin on fries and sweet potato fries, Air Haus is set to be the ultimate in leisure destinations for the whole family.

Jack Pendlebury, Director of Air Haus said, “We’re very excited to bring Air Haus to Meadowhall and introduce the UK to our unique interactive inflatable arena. Designed in Holland using Hit and Touch, we are proud to be able to say we are the UK’s first interactive inflatable park with this tech, suitable for all ages and abilities.”

“Following its recent development, there was really no better choice of location than Meadowhall – we’re looking forward to welcoming our first visitors this weekend! We’ll have a parent and toddler session from 9am-10am and then open house until 9pm. Parties will be available from 22 December and we have lots of exicting additions such as fitness classes, school sessions, teambuilding and hen and stag dos coming early in 2019.”

In addition to open sessions, families with youngsters will be able to join dedicated toddler sessions, with parents given full use of the park. There will also be a toddler zone during open sessions, meaning families of mixed ages will be able to use and enjoy the park together.

The park will also bring up to 60 new jobs to Sheffield over the next 12 months.
