Warbird Competitions launches bucket list iconic Spitfire prize draw

Aviation and adrenalin junkies could soon tick off an ultimate bucket list experience with the launch of a series of once-in-a-lifetime prizes which money can’t buy.

The newly launched Warbird Competitions offers the chance to win incredible flights and experiences not typically available to the public, with a percentage of ticket sales being used to support a veteran’s charity.  Prizes include the chance to fly in one of the very few two-seater Spitfire planes still in existence, take the controls and even experience a signature roll manoeuvre. Future competition prizes include an exhilarating jet flight, a Top Gun-style battle, and breathtaking experiences for the ultimate thrill seeker.

Warbird Competitions founder Lisa Gray said, “We wanted to offer a range of prizes that most people can only dream of – making bucket list adventures accessible to all.  Alongside our regular prizes we will be hosting curated competitions for experiences that cannot be bought.  Unlike other competition websites our ticket numbers and prices are always low.”

Warbird Competitions is passionate about supporting great causes and is currently supporting Walking with The Wounded – a charity dedicated to helping those who served and their families.

Current competitions include a Spitfire and Tiger Moth flight.  Prizes will be given in the form of a voucher (valid for 12-months).  Tickets cost £9. Flights operate out of Duxford airfield.
